Ariann, Quite Possibly the World's Perfect Sweater

My oh my, do I ever love Ariann. It makes me feel pretty in my third trimester despite the fact that it does not even come close to closing. I think it is universally flattering and that everyone should knit one. Everyone. This is knit in Ella Rae Classic wool, which I quite like and is reasonably priced. The color palette is nicer than Cascade 220 and I think it feels softer, too.

That is a beautiful sweater. And it looks lovely even now on you. And yes, you are ready to burst.

Good gravy, Brynne--you sure are great with child! Wow. =) Petelet must be in there sideways. I love, love Ariann! It looks great on you, just the way you are, and it will look great later too. That's one perfect sweater.

great ariann! :) Every single one I have seen looks fantastic -- it looks great on you now, it will look great on you after the baby is born! How versatile! :)

It looks beautiful on you Brynne.

Ariann looks beautiful. It's high on my list of sweaters to be made. I actually prefer the color palette of C220 than Ella Rae. Ella Rae's color palette is too muted for my tastes. But that's why there are choices, right?

It looks great.
That tummy is getting kind of big...

It is a beautiful sweater and I think it looks adorable on your prego belly! I really think it is irritating for people to get so personal when you are pregnant- they think they can say anything! I think you look wonderful!

Very cute, I love it with your pregnant belly!

GORGEOUS! I love this sweater to death and I'm so glad you can wear it and feel pretty. Beautiful belly too!

I can't believe you are already so far along...I'm sure it's not going quite as fast for you! I think it's funny the perceptions people have of how big you should be at certain times. People at work have asked me several times if I'm sure I'm not having twins since I've been showing since about week 12. They don't think I should show until week 20.

Super cute! You've convinced me to make an Ariann of my own.

The sweater is fabulous! I love that color.

You got twins in there girl? I'm just sayin' ;)

I tagged you in my blog!

Fashions have changed to be more form-fitting, but I think it will take people a while to adjust their perceptions of where you are in your pregnancy. It's a small price to pay for not having to wear a tent, don't you think? (Oh, the things I used to wear! I looked like the circus had come to town.) You, however, look fantastic. Don't let comments bother you--you're doing a great job nourishing little Pete.

Okay, so I looked at the Ariann link you included the other day and thought 'well, at least I'm not crazy about this one so I won't spend time wishing I was a better knitter and could make it.' Now, yeah, lovin' the one you made and totally jealous of your skills. Maybe in a decade or two I'll be able to do that. (It looks great on you, by the way, as does the wonderful Mom belly.)

That's one healthy belly! Looks great to me.

Great sweater! Cute belly!
At least no one has said "Are you sure you aren't having twins?" That's what people always said to me when I was pregnant. Not too nice, when you know you're only having one baby.

Gorgeous Arianne! I happen to think it looks even better with some belly poking out! You look fab!

That looks seriously AWESOME!

Uh oh. You may have convinced me that I need to knit Ariann. Yours is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. I had no interest in knitting this until now. It looks great on you now and will later with babe in arms.
What a beautiful belly!
